Print List

Seven printed parts make up the robot's body and wheels. Dimensions below come straight from the CAD model.

PartQtyMaterialSize (mm)What it doesFile

Print everything in PLA with 0.2 mm layers and 3 to 4 walls, except the tires, which are TPU for grip. The CAD model lists the tire as PETG only because Onshape has no TPU material. No supports are needed when each part sits on its flat face.

Everything Else

The electronics and hardware that go with the printed parts. Links go to Amazon or the maker's own page; any equivalent part works as long as the pinout matches.

Looking for the step-by-step build guide? The Assembly page documents the previous version of the robot, built around the ESP32 Max V1 board. The parts on this page are for the current M5StickS3 build. Most steps still apply, but the board, HAT and printed parts differ.
